History
The firm was founded in 1955 as Keane and Haessler, concentrating primarily in corporate, securities, and banking. Real estate, litigation, and tax practices were added prior to 1976, when the firm became the second “lower 48″ law firm to open an office in Alaska to provide representation to corporations organized under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of 1971. Subsequently, the firm’s client base has grown substantially in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. Today, the firm represents private business entities, individuals, and public institutions in a broad spectrum of practice areas.
