Thomas M. Landye

Tom Landye has extensive experience in the areas of corporate law, securities law, and mergers and acquisitions. His clients have included companies in both manufacturing and service industries. Tom Landye has particular experience representing companies in gaming and natural resources, including forest products and the seafood industry.
