Kim Dunn
Kim Dunn focuses her practice on employment, housing, construction, and health care law. Kim’s litigation practice includes defense of construction or defect claims on behalf of owners and design professionals, business torts, wrongful discharge, wage and hour, and discrimination claims. Kim serves as general counsel to a number of nonprofit and public institutions, including hospitals, clinics, social service agencies, housing authorities, and tribes. She provides continuing education presentations in areas of board training, federal housing programs, wage and hour, and employment law.
