David S. Case
Dave Case is an authority on Alaska Native law and policy. He often travels to remote Alaskan villages to advise clients on corporate, municipal, and tribal matters. He has drafted municipal and tribal codes tailored to meet the unique needs of rural Alaskan municipalities and tribes. In addition, David has represented village corporations in complex land exchanges with the federal government and in other business transactions. David also has both a federal court practice and an appellate practice in the Alaska Supreme Court and has written amicus briefs to the United States Supreme Court. He is a frequent presenter in continuing education programs on Alaska Native and municipal matters.
