Christian H. Scott
Chris Scott’s practice focuses on real estate-related transactions and business law, including the purchase and sale of real estate, commercial and residential leasing, condominium and subdivision law, entity formation, and general business law. Beyond his experience as an attorney, Chris has the practical experience of having partnered in the successful development of multiple condominium projects and owning and managing commercial and residential income properties. In addition, Chris is a member of the firm’s homeowner association law practice group, which provides counsel to community managers and homeowners’ associations.
