Cheryl McKay
Cheryl McKay focuses her practice on business, real estate, and employment law. She represents clients in corporate governance matters, business entity formations, business and real estate acquisitions, lease negotiations, and other commercial transactions. Cheryl’s employment work entails providing advice on drafting personnel policies, hiring, discipline, discrimination, wage and hour laws, leave and benefits issues, and conducting personnel investigations. Cheryl has provided continuing education programs on employment, corporate governance and Alaska Native education issues.
